Jim Boswell has 35 years of experience in Consulting, Business Development, Marketing, Operations, and Sales working worldwide with startups to F500 companies. He has an extensive background in business analysis, strategy and tactics, business development and execution, and P&L management, including cost reductions, new products, startups, turnarounds, spinoffs, mergers, and partnerships. Prior to Technology Vision in Action, Jim was VP, Director, and Business Unit Manager with companies like Infosys Technology, Mobitrac, Microware Systems, Cleo Communications, Paradigm Technology, Sharp, Hitachi, LSI Logic, AMD, and HP. Jim was a Lieutenant in US Navy Submarines.

John has over 20 years of sales, marketing, and operations management experience in Semiconductors and EDA and a unique understanding of both sides of the technology equation, including channel development, strategic account management, product and customer marketing, IPOs, and mergers and acquisitions. John is currently president of Doulos, a technology and methodology specialist training company, a position he has held for four years. John has prior experience at Magma, TransEDA, Exemplar Logic, Mentor Graphics, VLSI Technology, and LSI Logic.
Bill Murray, Principal, Bill Murray Consulting, Santa Clara, CA
Bill has over three decades of experience in semiconductor, EDA, and embedded systems industries, spanning engineering, marketing and sales. He is currently principal and owner of his own consulting practice in Silicon Valley. Prior to this, Bill worked for industry leaders such as Cadence/Tality, Texas Instruments and VLSI Technology, in both North America and Europe.
Fred McMurray, General Manager, Mandatek LLC, Wheaton, IL
Fred has over 25 years in IT, telecommunications, and intelligent systems. He is currently the owner of Mandatek, LLC, providing business services in these areas. Previously, he has led RFID tracking implementation in the livestock industry, launched ERP systems on various platforms, and revolutionized computer, network, phone systems and operations. Besides his work with existing clients, Fred has worked with industry luminaries such as Creekstone Farms, Triad Foods Group, and Donlen Corporation.
Roy E. Isiminger, Corporate Controller, Boulder Scientific Company, Longmont, CO 80504
Roy has worked for Boulder Scientific Company in his current capacity as Controller since April 2004. Prior to that, Roy worked as a Consultant to the Qwest Corporation Financial Restatement Project and with Level (3) Communications as a Senior Financial Analyst. Roy has several years of manufacturing experience with Advanced Micro Devices as Controller of their Texas Operations, as Controller of SEMATECH, the semiconductor Research and Development Consortium, and as an Auditor and Financial Planning Manager for various manufacturing companies. Roy holds a Masters Degree (MBA) from the University of Texas at Austin in addition to his undergraduate degree from West Virginia University where he majored in Accounting.
